Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer returns on our cosmetic products. However, where items have been received damaged or where the wrong product may have been mistakenly sent we will offer an exchange for an original product ordered.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of when the order has been placed. Standard shipping using Royal Mail postal service is used for all orders, estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 working days for all UK orders
